Job Description:
What You Will Do:

• Handle end-to-end sourcing for all ongoing and new projects.
• Build and maintain a network of CPs (Channel Partners), i-CPs, RCPs, and brokers.
• Ensure effective coordination and motivation of the sourcing team.
• Maintain strong market connects and ensure timely lead generation.
• Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities within the Thane, Thane Suburbs, and MMR regions.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align sourcing strategies.
• Ensure targets are achieved and team productivity is maximized.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Real Estate Sourcing (preferably with a developer, lobby, or mandate).
• Strong understanding of sourcing processes and the real estate market.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Confident, presentable, assertive, and team-oriented personality.
