. Build inward (RM/Component) supply chain organically (non-China/China)
Drive lead time vs cost tradeoffs.
• Setting up inbound RM and outbound logistics infrastructure and processes • Identify & Evaluate suppliers' basis current A&D landscape Develop framework and SOP for Supplier evaluation and onboarding
• Develop supplier KPIs against criteria and measure effective performance, quality and compliance. • Develop efficient procurement processes (eProcurement & ERP integration) • Monitor industry trends and technology roadmaps and partner with the design team to identify supply and demand challenges • Build and manage teams. Lead the training of key roles of procurement team.
Develop & Maintain multiple suppliers to get best pricing • Identify alternate suppliers for promoter contracts to bring additional value add • Drive periodic scanning for opportunities to consolidate spend, reduce cost, and improve services
