Sourcing Manager - Channel Sales

As a Sourcing Manager - Channel Sales at Mahaveer Construction in Kandivali, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in sourcing activities to drive channel sales in the real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Deep understanding of the real estate market, ecosystem, current trends, and processes. - Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, and telephone. - Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills to influence partners and negotiate effectively. - A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders. - Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, and other relevant software. - A goal-oriented and self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
