What will you drive?

• Own and scale the end-to-end procurement of cars by building high-quality, well-priced
  inventory across global marketplaces, with a strong focus on Facebook Marketplacesourcing
• Lead, coach, and grow a multi-layered team of procurement associates and calling
  agents to exceed monthly acquisition targets
• Expand sourcing channels through strategic partnerships, marketplace optimization,
  new lead streams, and targeted outreach strategies
• Drive the next phase of exponential growth for the Marketplace sourcing channel,
  taking a proven model to new levels of scale and efficiency.
• Drive high-value and complex negotiations with sellers to secure favorable,
  margin-positive deals
• Develop and implement data-driven KPIs to track performance, efficiency, and quality
  across procurement workflows
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely system data to support seamless operations,
  compliance, and reporting
• Work cross-functionally with logistics, pricing, operations, CX, and product teams to
  maintain frictionless handovers
• Analyze market trends, pricing behaviors, competitor activities, and international
  sourcing patterns to refine strategy
• Champion process improvements, SOP standardization, and technology adoption to
  increase throughput and reduce friction
• Handle escalations from high-value sellers, partner networks, and internal stakeholders
  with speed and clarity
• Maintain strong marketplace hygiene and compliance standards to ensure sustainable
  sourcing at scale

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply acquisition, marketplace operations, or
  growth roles, with at least 2 years leading teams
• Hands-on experience sourcing via Facebook Marketplace; familiarity with other
  classifieds platforms preferred
• Experience scaling teams, systems, or businesses; proven exposure to zero-to-one
  growth environments
• Understanding of international markets in automotive, mobility, or sourcing workflows is
  a strong plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in digital tools, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making
  capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset with an obsession for results and efficiency
