What makes the role meaty?

• Invoice Management: Tally and close out invoices accurately and on time
• Indent Placement: Place indents for Fresh Water (FW) fish and seafood requirements as per plan
• Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile inventory data between Production & Sourcing teams
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standard
• Quality Oversight: Support quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety norms
• Data Accuracy: Maintain sourcing-related documentation and system updates

• Graduates/Postgraduates in Fisheries Science.
• Individuals with a strong understanding of seafood categories, supply chain, and vendor management.
• Comfortable with documentation, invoice handling, and coordination between departments
