Role & responsibilities

  • Be a part of the

    Channel Partner Sales vertical

    , work with

    ICPs and RCPs

    to generate consistent business.
  • Onboard new channel partners

    and equip them with complete project, pricing, and offering details.
  • Guide and train channel partner teams

    to help them understand the

    lead generation process

    and improve conversion efficiency.
  • Build, manage, and

    nurture long-term relationships with channel partners

    by pitching project value propositions and negotiating onboarding.
  • Drive business by

    distributing channel partners strategically

    across projects and micro-markets for long-term growth.
  • Manage and execute channel partner events

    , site visits, and business meetings to boost engagement and closures.
  • Create and implement

    engagement strategies

    to activate partners and improve revenue contribution periodically.
  • Convince and enable channel partners to

    invest in digital marketing initiatives

    to improve outreach and quality lead inflow.
  • Directly interact with HNI clients

    , provide project walkthroughs, explain key USPs, and facilitate virtual or in-person sales consultations.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve

    sales targets

    assigned for channel partner sourcing.
  • Manage partner and client relationships until closure or a logical conclusion.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to understand area-wise trends, demand, competition, and pricing.
  • Identify potential clients through channel partners and

    close sales opportunities
