About the Role:
As a Sales Executive/Manager at JUSTO, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our business in the Mumbai & Navi Mumbai region. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities (Sourcing Manager):
1. Channel Partner Management:
a. Identify and onboard channel partners to drive business growth.
b. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, promoting the firm s projects and offerings.
c. Address channel partners queries and provide timely support to ensure a seamless experience.
2. Client Sourcing:
a. Actively source clients from market areas, industrial parks, and business hubs through innovative and consistent field activities.
b. Call and arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
3. Lead Generation & Networking:
a. Innovate and execute various lead-generation activities to enhance market reach.
b. Develop effective networking methods to connect with potential channel partners and clients.
4. Sales & Marketing Strategy:
a. Create and implement marketing strategies to increase consumer preference and drive sales volumes.
b. Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly MIS reports on site walk-ins, channel partner performance, and client databases.
5. Field Sales & Meetings:
a. Conduct regular visits to channel partners to update them on ongoing and upcoming projects.
b. Maintain detailed records of daily field visits and update the system accordingly.
6. Territory Research:
a. Research and identify potential channel partners and business opportunities across Navi Mumbai, Thane, Mumbai, and KDMC regions.
Key Responsibilities (Closing Manager):
Managing and converting walk-ins to closures
Attending walk ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups
Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and make sure of closing them
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
Maintaining proper records of booking forms of visited client.
Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets
Achieving the set targets given by management before the deadlines
Building good customer relationship and generating reference client to boost sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
preferably from the real estate Industry.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem & current market trends.
Skills and Competencies:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team.
