KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Development

• Conduct market and trend research to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to develop innovative product concepts.
• Create and manage technical specifications, samples, and prototypes.
• Select appropriate materials and components, ensuring a balance of quality, innovation, and cost.
• Coordinate sample development, testing, and approvals.
• Prepare product documentation including BOMs, tech packs, and quality standards.
• Ensure products are aligned with customer expectations, industry trends, and brand identity.

Sourcing

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers (domestic and international).
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, delivery terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Place and manage purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries and production readiness.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality, ethical, and sustainability standards.
• Work with QA teams to resolve issues and maintain consistent product quality.
• Develop strong vendor relationships to support long-term sourcing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
