Job Description

As an Analyst at Ralph Lauren in the Finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Procurement team with tasks across various categories such as Facilities, IT, Marketing & Advertising, and Store Development. Your key responsibilities will include spend data analysis, report creation, contract preparation and management, data analysis, dashboard maintenance, procurement document management, due diligence checks, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and new supplier onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Support Strategic Sourcing events by developing RF(x) Documentation, analyzing Vendor Quotes, and managing Supplier Relationships - Assist in the Contract Management cycle from preparation to submission and signature - Drive continuous improvement of service quality, cost, and value delivered against contracts through KPIs and process efficiencies - Provide support for Global Procurement initiatives including Spend Analytics, Procurement Performance Reporting, and Procurement Policy Compliance - Support in training internal stakeholders in Global Procurement processes and policies - Drive diversity, equality, and inclusion in RFP strategies and wider initiatives - Provide Ad Hoc support across Global Procurement digital systems such as Ariba Purchase Requisitions and New Vendor Requests Qualifications Required: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience in using Excel Pivot tables and Macros - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders - Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and dynamic reports - Strong strategic thinking, solution-oriented, and time management abilities - Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred - Some understanding of end-to-end procurement process and procurement systems like Ariba or Workday - Experience in Retail, especially in a luxury brand, considered an asset - Professional certifications such as CIPS are an asset - Ability to travel domestically or abroad as needed By joining Ralph Lauren, you will be part of a global leader in the design, marketing, and distribution of premium lifestyle products, with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of belonging, inclusion, and fairness for all.
