Sourching specialist

Identify and source potential vendors, suppliers, or candidates using various platforms and tools. Evaluate suppliers or talent pipelines based on quality, cost, reliability, and compliance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Collaborate with procurement/recruitment teams to define sourcing strategies and requirements. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers or candidates when necessary. Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, vendor databases, or applicant tracking systems (ATS). Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities or risk factors. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the sourcing process.
