S&OP Manager Lalru

Role Overview: Gates Corporation is seeking a Manager S&OP who can effectively operate in a matrix environment, drive aggressive growth plans, and align the Lalru Plant S&OP Process with global practices. As a Manager S&OP, you will play a crucial role in achieving department KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and satisfying internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute the S&OP Process to align demand and supply planning, meeting sales, operation, and finance objectives. - Manage customer forecast and demand signals in the planning process, ensuring visibility of the Revenue and Operation plan to stakeholders. - Act as the voice of the customer, aligning operational targets and objectives with customer supportability. - Ensure Dock-to-dock alignment to meet customer demand. - Lead the plant-level S&OP process, representing plant capabilities and constraints. - Monitor and enhance KPIs such as forecast accuracy, plan adherence, inventory turns, and service levels. - Identify potential supply risks and escalate constraints to reduce risks through mitigation and contingency plans. - Manage a team of Production/demand planners, analysts & Production chasers to effectively drive the production process in the plant. - Establish planning discipline through structured planning calendars, input cut-offs, and accountability mechanisms. - Lead discussions with Managers for informed decision-making and issue resolution. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience - Proven track record of achievement in Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning - Consultative and collaborative style - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Ability to manage and motivate a team - Understanding of supply chain processes and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description.,
