Job Summary

Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

Solution & Architecture Design

• Define end-to-end architecture for complex technical solutions.
• Ensure designs meet scalability, security, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design robust and scalable solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison with the US-based Delivery Lead.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
• Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance technical culture.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture workshops.

Process Improvement

• Promote best practices in architecture, software development, and delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software development and solution design.
• 6+ years of experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Hands-on experience in technologies such as .NET, Python, PHP, Snowflake, and AI-related tools.
