Job Title: Account Lead Location: Kolkata Experience Required: 8+ Years Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skillset) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Account Lead to manage and oversee corporate accounts for one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling OD (Overdraft) and Current Accounts of corporate clients, and should be well-versed in coordinating with bankers, financial institutions, and internal finance teams. Key Responsibilities: • Manage corporate current accounts and overdraft (OD) facilities. • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. • Handle day-to-day corporate banking operations. • Monitor and maintain cash flows, fund utilization, and bank reconciliations. • Negotiate and discuss terms with bankers for loans, credit lines, and other services. • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for account operations. • Coordinate with internal departments for payments, collections, and reporting. • Analyze banking charges and ensure cost-effective banking solutions. • Provide periodic reports on account status and cash positions. Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate accounting or finance. • Proven experience in managing OD and Current Accounts. • Strong understanding of corporate banking operations. • Excellent communication and coordination skills with external bankers. • Sound knowledge of financial compliance and documentation. • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
