Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

• Design tailored architectures for managed services across Networking, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, and Cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery readiness.
• Prepare documentation including

  RFQ

  RFI

  responses, SOWs, and architecture diagrams.
• Support sales enablement and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Strong in

  Networking

  (TCP/IP, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi),

  Cybersecurity

  , and

  Microsoft 365

• Experience in

  presales solutioning

  , proposal creation, and client interaction
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of backup, DR, and project delivery processes

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNA, CMNA, CPCNA, Fortinet Certified, MCSA/Microsoft Certified Fundamentals
• 510 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or IT managed services
