Solutions Architect - Revenue Transformation - Oracle CPQ

As a Principal Solutions Architect at Argano, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales, delivery, and the customer. Your responsibilities include maintaining a thorough understanding of current and planned applications, tools, and technologies related to the Argano 4 Oracle supported platforms and tools. You will lead project solution design through implementations, oversee critical milestones, complete RFP responses, and work with the sales team to drive sales cycles to completion. Additionally, you will promptly communicate and engage to remedy client satisfaction issues and utilize entrepreneurial skills to build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the Oracle Cloud community. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain thorough understanding of current and planned applications, tools, and technologies related to the Argano 4 Oracle supported platforms and tools - Lead project solution design through implementations, overseeing critical milestones - Complete RFP responses - Work with the sales team to drive sales cycles to completion - Promptly communicate, engage, and act appropriately to remedy client satisfaction issues - Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the Oracle Cloud community - Lead design meetings with clients to identify their business process requirements and technical needs to determine the proper solution for implementation - Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate information gathering sessions for product demonstrations and functional scoping purposes - Provide technical insight for proposal responses, RFPs, and other documentation Qualifications: Required Skills & Abilities: - Ability to demonstrate fundamentals of Oracle CX implementations, including Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) Process, Subscription Management, and Commerce application - Extensive experience with CPQ, Subscription Management with Commerce applications - 10+ years of experience in Oracle Presales, Solution Architect, or technical sales roles for enterprise CX SaaS applications preferably Oracle Cloud - Experience working with large-scale enterprise clients in Revenue transformation projects - Experience with presenting to large client groups - Build technical documentation, diagrams, demos, and proofs of concept to support client solutions - Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle Revenue Transformation CX solutions Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree preferred - Validated ability to support sales as Subject Matter Expert - Understanding of business-related drivers and parameters - Oracle certified preferred Argano is a global digital consultancy that focuses on high-performance business operations and digital transformation.
