You will play a crucial role as a Principal Solutions Architect at Argano, bridging the gap between sales, delivery, and the customer to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and valuable. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a thorough understanding of applications, tools, and technologies related to Argano's Oracle supported platforms, leading project solution design, completing RFP responses, driving sales cycles to completion, and advocating for process improvements to clients" existing business processes. You will also be responsible for architecting the overall proposed solution, collaborating with the sales team for information gathering sessions, performing quality control on estimates and Statements of Work, and providing technical insight for proposal responses and other documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain thorough understanding of current and planned applications, tools and technologies related to the Argano 4 Oracle supported platforms and tools - Lead Project solution design through implementations, overseeing critical milestones - Complete RFP responses - Drive sales cycles to completion - Communicate and act promptly to remedy client satisfaction issues - Network and build strong relationships internally and externally - Advocate for process improvements to client business processes - Lead design meetings with clients to identify business process requirements and technical needs - Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate information gathering sessions - Perform quality control on estimates and Statements of Work - Provide technical insight for proposal responses, RFPs, and other documentation Qualifications: - Ability to demonstrate fundamental of Oracle CX implementations, including Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) Process, Subscription Management, and Commerce application - Extensive experience with CPQ, Subscription Management with Commerce applications - 10+ years of experience in Oracle Presales, Solution Architect, or technical sales roles for enterprise CX SaaS applications - Experience working with large-scale enterprise clients and supporting sales and success teams - Experience in Revenue transformation projects - Ability to build technical documentation, diagrams, demos, and proofs of concept - Stay updated on industry trends and product roadmap for Oracle Revenue Transformation CX solutions - Foster strong relationships with Oracle to drive innovation Note: Argano is a digital consultancy immersed in high-performance operations, empowering enterprises with transformative strategies and technologies for exceeding customer expectations and driving growth.,
