Technical Expertise

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including:
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
Power Automate (cloud flows, process automation)
Dataverse (data model design, relationships, security roles)

Microsoft Azure expertise:

Azure Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Key Vault
Azure AD for identity and access management
Azure SQL or other data storage/integration services
Understanding of Azure networking and security best practices
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and ERP integration concepts.
Experience in defining data models for HR entities (Employee, Position, Department, Leave, Performance…).
Experience defining and managing Power Platform environments, governance, and licensing models.
