Role Overview: You will be joining NTT DATA, a company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation to make a difference for clients and society. As a Solution Architect/Business Development Manager specializing in AI/ML, you will play a key role in driving business growth by assessing client requirements, designing technical solutions, and collaborating with delivery teams to implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct business requirement analysis to translate client needs into technical specifications that align with business objectives. - Design AI/ML solutions and recommend appropriate approaches to meet business requirements and drive value. - Size opportunities, develop business cases, and secure new projects while nurturing existing relationships. - Collaborate with delivery teams to design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions efficiently and within budget. - Create costing and pricing strategies for AI/ML solutions to ensure competitiveness and profitability. - Cultivate strong client relationships, understand their needs, and identify new business opportunities. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements. - Share knowledge and expertise with the team, contributing to best practices and staying updated on industry trends. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and product management, to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Required: - Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Experience: 10+ years in AI/ML solution architecture, business development, or related field. - Technical Skills: Strong expertise in AI/ML, including machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in data munging techniques like data cleaning, transformation, and normalization for data quality. - Technical Skills: Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Hyperscaler Experience: Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and tools like AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Platform. - Soft Skills: Excellent business acumen, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and teams. - Business Acumen: Experience in solution costing and pricing strategies. - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and a drive for innovation.,
