As a Solutions Analyst III in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Technology (OPT) Project Delivery Office (PDO), you will play a vital role in the dynamic Project Execution team. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business needs, identify suitable solutions, and ensure their successful implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to delivering solutions aligned with strategic goals and driving business success. - Analyze business needs and identify suitable solutions - Ensure successful implementation of solutions - Contribute to delivering solutions aligned with strategic goals - Work closely with cross-functional teams To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Formal training or certification in Software Engineering Concepts - At least 3 years of applied experience - Experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Critical and creative thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (including Waterfall and Agile) Your role will involve collaborating with development and technical teams to facilitate successful solution implementation. Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing issues promptly are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will partner with team members to establish strategic goals, foster a collaborative work environment, and uphold the values and culture of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Identifying and proposing process improvements, enhancing self-service capabilities, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success. While an infrastructure background is a plus, familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
