Job Title - Solutioning Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (in Presales, Solutioning, and Proposal/Bid Management)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Solutioning Manager to take ownership of the entire proposal process—from identifying opportunities to developing client-ready solutions. This role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and commercial strategy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of RFPs and enterprise pitch proposals
• Build and manage a high-performing presales team (solution architects, analysts)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, Legal, Talent, and Engineering
• Act as a strategic partner and consultant for clients during the proposal phase
• Maintain and improve a library of reusable content, pricing models, and win themes
• Implement deal governance, commercial validation, and risk checks for high-value bids
• Promote proposal best practices across teams for improved quality and turnaround

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal writing, or solutioning within tech or IT services
• Experience managing or mentoring teams
• Proven track record of winning large and complex bids
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to balance client value and delivery feasibility
• Excellent written communication and persuasive proposal writing skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM tools, pricing software, and collaboration platforms
• Experience with clients from Banking, Financial Services, or Retail sectors is a plus
• Educational background in technology is a strong advantage
