Solution Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation

As a Solution Sales Engineer in the cutting-edge Industrial Automation field, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for Consysts innovative Digitalization & Control System Integration Solutions for various industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Process Industries, and Heavy Industries. You will have the opportunity to travel across regions, engage directly with customers, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders. Your role will involve representing solutions in face-to-face and virtual meetings, identifying and nurturing potential leads, and exceeding sales targets through proactive lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and nurture potential leads and opportunities in the digitalization/automation system integration space in the assigned territories. - Forge strong relationships with key customers, including End Users, Partners, and EPCs, ensuring effective communication with key decision-makers. - Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and quotations, showcasing the value proposition of solutions. - Meet and exceed sales targets, continuously improving the sales pipeline through lead generation efforts. - Collaborate with the backend support team to tailor solution proposals to each customer's unique needs. - Lead engaging meetings with potential customers, understanding their requirements effectively. - Maintain up-to-date sales data in the ERP system and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Professional Qualifications and Personal Attributes: - A bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or instrumentation engineering is required. - 1-2 years of experience in Industrial Automation Solution Sales/IIoT Solution Sales. - Strong desire to excel in the sales domain. - Excellent presentation skills for effectively communicating the value of solutions. - Proficiency in English, both oral and written, to articulate ideas clearly.
