About the Role

Media & Entertainment

What Youll Do

  • Own pursuits end-to-end:

    Run discovery, problem framing, solution design, scoping, estimation, pricing inputs, and SoW creation.
  • Design solution blueprints:

    High-level architectures across data platforms, analytics, AI/ML & GenAI (RAG, eval, guardrails), with delivery plans and risk mitigations.
  • Write to win:

    Produce sharp proposals/RFPs, exec-ready narratives, and compelling PoCs/demos that prove value quickly.
  • Anchor on outcomes:

    Define value hypotheses, ROI/TCO models, benefits tracking, and success metrics tied to client priorities.
  • Partner strategy:

    Shape win strategies with Sales/Account teams (qualification, competitive positioning, differentiation).
  • Govern for scale:

    Bake in security, privacy, data governance, reliability, performance, and cost considerations from day one.
  • Standardize & reuse:

    Build reference architectures, estimation models, playbooks, and reusable solution assets.
  • Coach & uplift:

    Mentor presales consultants/solution architects; raise the bar on storytelling, solution rigor, and client handling.
  • Thought leadership:

    Contribute POVs and client workshops, especially around M&E content supply chains, audience/revenue analytics, ad-sales yield, metadata/rights; and Hi-Tech use cases like supply-chain analytics, product telemetry, customer 360, and CX automation.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 810 years

    in data/AI consulting with proven

    presales ownership

    for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong

    solutioning

    across data platforms (lakehouse/ETL/ELT/streaming), analytics, and

    AI/ML/GenAI

    (RAG patterns, vector stores, prompt strategy, evaluation, safety/guardrails).
  • Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS/GCP)

    sufficient to design solution options and trade-offs
  • Demonstrated ability to

    translate business problems into architectures

    with measurable impact; confident with

    effort/cost estimation

    and shaping SoWs.
  • Executive-grade communication & storytelling

    (whiteboard to boardroom) and strong stakeholder management.
  • Domain familiarity in

    Media & Entertainment

    and/or

    Hi-Tech

    , with the ability to contextualize solutions and speak the language of the business.
  • Comfort running

    time-boxed discovery

    amid ambiguity; hands-on with building proposal assets, solution diagrams, and pricing inputs.

Good-to-Have

  • Certifications in Azure/AWS/GCP; familiarity with Databricks/Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, modern ELT, and MLOps/LLMOps toolchains.
  • Experience creating

    accelerators

    (reference solutions, evaluation frameworks, estimation templates) and running rapid PoCs/demos.
  • Knowledge of data privacy/regulatory contexts (PII handling, governance controls) and enterprise security patterns.
  • Strong

    visual storytelling/design sensibility

    for pitches (clean narratives, diagrams that land the point).
  • Line-management or pod-lead experience for small presales/solutions teams; partner-ecosystem exposure (ISVs, hyperscalers).
