Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

Define and document solution architecture for the Global Mobility Tool and related integrations.
Ensure alignment of technical design with business requirements, compliance, and security standards.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to validate solution feasibility.

Technical Implementation & Support

Provide guidance on configuration, customization, and integration of the Global Mobility Tool.
Support development teams in implementing approved designs and resolving technical challenges.
Ensure performance optimization and scalability of implemented solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with project managers, HR teams, and vendor partners to align on technical deliverables.
Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders.

Risk & Quality Management

Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Continuous Improvement

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the Global Mobility Tool ecosystem.
Drive innovation in solution design and integration practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Education
:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Computer Science
,
Information Systems
, or a related field.

Experience
:

8–10 years in
solution architecture
or
technical consulting
within enterprise IT landscapes.
Proven experience with
HR systems
or
global mobility tools
.

Technical Skills
:

Strong understanding of
integration platforms
,
APIs
, and
data management practices
.
Hands-on experience in
configuration and customization
of enterprise tools.

Certifications
:

Solution Architecture, Agile, or relevant technology certifications.

Domain Knowledge
:

Exposure to HR platforms like
SAP SuccessFactors
