The role:

Solution Engineer

This is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates who are curious about enterprise SaaS, possess strong analytical and technical skills, and love solving real-world business problems through technology and process.

Requirements:

• System configuration

  - Support setup of modules, forms, workflows, and reporting dashboards in Aerchain's platform.

• Data management migration

  - Assist in data validation, mapping, and upload activities during implementation and go-live.

• Integration enablement

  - Collaborate with technical leads to configure and test API-based integrations with ERP or finance systems.

• Testing troubleshooting

  - Participate in SIT/UAT testing, log defects, and ensure smooth resolution and retesting.

• Documentation templates

  - Maintain configuration logs, release notes, and reusable technical assets for scale.

• Automation process optimization

  - Identify opportunities for tool-based or script-driven efficiency in recurring implementation tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
• Curiosity to learn SaaS platforms, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Analytical and technical aptitude with an eye for structured problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with product and delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, data handling, or any scripting/query language (e.g., SQL, Python basics)
