Role & responsibilities:

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Solution Design department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in solution design and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Lead solutions for received RFQ's/RFP's and implement the same with effective method.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet quality standards
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in solution design

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
3-5 years of experience in solution design or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
