Solution Consultant, Sales Enablement

As a Customer Success Associate at Cvent, you play a crucial role in understanding and meeting prospect/client requirements and challenges. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating the value of Cvent's technology platform through online and onsite product demonstrations. - Contributing to the setup, strategy, and design of proof of concepts for prospects/clients. - Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to update materials such as slides, one-pagers, and videos to meet sales and marketing needs. - Maintaining familiarity with the industry and competitive landscape. - Understanding Cvent's Event Cloud products and integrations. - Traveling with sales executives for onsite demos when necessary. - Managing the RFP process from request to completion, including kick-off meetings with sales representatives. - Creating comprehensive responses to RFP questions posed by prospects and current clients. Qualifications required for this role: - 2+ years of experience in a SaaS company in a customer-facing or product-related position. - Proficiency in developing relationships over the phone. - Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while collaborating with multiple teams. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong team player who actively contributes to team initiatives. - Self-driven and able to work independently and remotely. - Motivated continuous learner with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. - Critical thinker with problem-solving abilities and project management skills. - Great attention to detail and proficiency in using general office software applications. - Experience with sales automation products like Salesforce.com and web collaboration tools such as Zoom.,
