About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales to identify client requirements and map suitable product solutions.
Deliver engaging product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Create proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation.
Collaborate with product and technical teams for solution customization and feasibility.
Support business development activities through market insights and competitor analysis.
Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation teams after deal closure.

Desired Skills & Experience:

4–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis (preferably in SaaS / CRM / ERP / BFSI domains).
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits.
Understanding of enterprise software, cloud platforms, or digital transformation solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and proposal-writing skills.
