Strategic

• Leverage technical expertise to ensure client engagement in building solutions catered to their requirements

• To be a strategic influencer for providing ACGI standard solutions

• Capturing technology and industry trends and providing feedback to Strategy and Product team

• Support sales strategy in response to market and competitors behaviour.

• Build lasting relationships with customers Functional Core:

• Analysis of User Requirement Specification (URS) to clarify project scope which matches our capabilities, scope which is not available but feasible to offer and scope which is out our capabilities

• Responsible for ensuring full clarity is provided to Project Manager on the technical scope of the project via project scope document

• Conduct Site Visits & Line study to identify the key technical deliverables for the enquiry alongwith running ACGI products (if any)

• Collect Customer Site details (dimensions or samples etc) for feasibility

• Feasibility/POC on customer samples using existing product along with Operations

• Customer demo before PO (only standard products) & timeline coordination along with Operations

• To work closely with Service Team lead in taking ownership of the region to build & sustain relations with customers & ensuring customer delight Internal process
• Prepare and share a Change Request (CR) for scope which demands customization • Impact analysis or Gap analysis document (wrt tech specs)
• Feasibility report with bifurcation of Minor or Major customization.
• Effort estimation and duration from CFTs for customized projects
• Build quotations based on project scope • Share customer URS with internal team with initial level analysis & comments
• Coordinate feasibility/POC setup with Operations

• Technical Coordination with cross functional teams for setup, materials, etc to get immediate answers (timelines & deliverables to be shared by Project Managers)

• Participation in Order to project handover (SoS meeting)

Support Project customization evaluation document Functional Specification by SME or Business Proposal for NPD by Product Management

• Work closely with Product managers to enhance standard product offerings People development

• Develop an attitude of cross-functional team work amongst associates from different functions

• Giving inputs for enhancing skill sets of associates, wherever required.
