Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Solution Configurator to join our fast-growing Solution Configurator team, part of the Centre of Excellence, in Pune, India. Reporting to the Solution Configurator Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the platform we use to demo our solutions to customers and prospects is packed with relevant use cases, demo stories, and rich data. The Technical Solution Configurator enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment and is excited about making a difference in the procurement software market. The Solution Configurator team supports the global Solution Consulting operation to build product-based solutions that illustrate the full capability of the Ivalua source-to-pay platform, meet customer requirements, and differentiate us from competitors. Our team works hard, plays hard, and enjoys various indoor and outdoor activities organized by the company.

What You Will Do With Us:

Leverage the extensive technical capability and flexibility of the Ivalua platform to help Solution Consultants articulate the value of the Ivalua platform.
Collaborate with Sr Solution Configurator and Solution Expert in implementing specific use cases across the S2P stream (e.g., Procure to Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management).
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions based on different requirements.

Your Profile:

If you have the following experience and strengths, this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role.
Proficiency in SQL, database management, workflow, and ETL configuration.
Experience with procurement processes and procurement software solutions is a significant plus.
Bachelor s (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field (or foreign equivalent).

Soft Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and at ease in a multicultural environment
Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with colleagues in different teams.
