Job Title: SAP ISU Lead Solution Architect Location: TechM TMLW Hyderabad / Anywhere in India Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU Lead Solution Architect with extensive experience in software development and a strong focus on SAP ECC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions, demonstrating expertise in SAP ECC functionalities, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and drive innovation in our software development processes. Responsibilities: Thorough knowledge and understanding of ISU business process / meter to cash is required. Must have high expertise in any one ISU modules (preferably FICA or Billing) Complete understanding on ISU modules including DM / Billing / FICA / CS and integration with other modules Good to have knowledge on SAP PI/PO with respect to the external vendor integration like Banks, Prepaid system, MDMS system etc Basic understanding on ABAP programming and its trouble shooting (Techo Functional) Must have experience on handling the clients directly Need to drive the team towards the delivery in the agreed timelines Support the ISU team to reach the solution on complex issue / requirement Knowledge on SAS / MDMS / EDM (Decision Support System) is highly preferable Analyze the new requirements received from client and estimate the efforts Suggest the ideas to improve the existing system Support the project management team on handling the project Document software designs, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SAP ECC, including modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP. Proficient in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or C#. Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Solid understanding of database management systems and SQL. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP ECC ISU Modules / SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience in leading software development projects and teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 15 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on SAP ECC. Relevant certifications in SAP or software development methodologies are a plus.
