Solution Architect Service Now

As a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be a key member of our dynamic team, responsible for designing and implementing innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with our organization's objectives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and user experience. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and development of complex ServiceNow solutions, staying up to date with the latest platform features, analyzing requirements, designing technical architectures, managing integrations, providing hands-on technical leadership, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, providing training and support to end-users and support teams, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. You must have at least 8 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, along with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications. Additional certifications such as CIS for product lines and ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect are advantageous. You should have a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices, proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configuration, experience with integration technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and project management skills. It is also important to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in ServiceNow and IT service management. Additionally, having the ability to build and train a team, a passion for learning and scaling yourself in trending technical areas, and a willingness to take on challenges to learn new technologies are considered good-to-have skills for this role.,
