Solution Architect SAP Production (PP/QM)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  Solution Architect

  for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design scalable solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end solution design, blueprinting, and integration of PP and QM processes with other SAP modules (MM, WM, SD, PM, etc.).
• Provide expertise in

  Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Process/Discrete Manufacturing, Batch Management, and Quality Processes

  .
• Guide and mentor functional consultants to ensure delivery quality and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in

  S/4HANA transformation projects

  assess, design, and implement next-gen PP/QM functionalities.
• Handle solution reviews, system configuration oversight, and integration testing.
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, PI/PO, BTP) for custom developments and enhancements.
• Ensure solution designs meet compliance, performance, and security standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience in

  SAP PP and QM

  modules (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Production Planning (Master Data, MRP, Planning Strategies, Shop Floor Control, Process Orders).
  • Quality Management (Inspection Planning, Lot Processing, Quality Certificates, In-process & Final Inspections, Notifications).
  • Batch Management & Serialization.
• Deep understanding of

  integration points

  with MM, SD, WM, PM, and FI/CO.
• Experience in

  solution architecture, blueprinting, and preparing functional specifications

  .
• At least one

  full-cycle S/4HANA implementation

  experience preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
