Solution Architect

As an AI Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives and deliver scalable, high-performance results. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, developers, and stakeholders to drive AI innovation while leveraging your deep expertise in AI/ML, solution architecture, and cloud deployment. With a minimum of 12 years in software development, including at least 8 years in AI/ML solution architecture, you are expected to possess expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with experience in AI model deployment at scale, is essential for this role. Additionally, familiarity with data pipelines, big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), and cloud orchestration tools is required. Your responsibilities will include architecting and implementing AI-powered solutions in machine learning, NLP, and computer vision to address complex business challenges. You will lead the AI solution lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and efficiency. Moreover, you will design end-to-end AI architectures, integrate AI models into production environments, and evaluate AI tools and technologies for various projects. As part of your role, you will mentor and guide AI engineers and data scientists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with AI ethics, security, and governance standards. Effective communication of technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning, as well as understanding of international AI compliance standards. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields is preferred for this role.
