Job Description

Solution Architecture Delivery
Define and own solution architecture for customer-focused digital twin and analytics products.
Design and deliver scalable, secure, event-driven solutions on Kubernetes in Azure and compliant with enterprise standards.
Translate business requirements into architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps aligned with Kognitwin s strategy.
Provide hands-on leadership: build PoCs, evaluate technologies, and guide implementation.
Lead architecture discussions, review designs, and ensure performance, security, and compliance.
Review solution designs and provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with architecture goals.
Lead architecture discussions and drive key design decisions across engineering teams.
Technical Leadership Mentorship
Mentor senior developers and technical leads on best practices.
Establish and enforce engineering standards, design patterns, and code quality.
Help teams resolve complex technical challenges and improve delivery velocity.
Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with product managers, UX, domain experts, and engineering teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Work closely with DevOps, security, and data teams for seamless solution delivery.
Collaborate with other architects and technical leaders across Kongsberg Digital to define a shared technology vision.
Represent the technical strategy in customer workshops and design reviews.

What We re Looking For

Education

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Computer Science, IT) from a reputed university.

Certifications in Azure Solutions Architecture, TOGAF, or Kubernetes are a strong plus.
