Roles & Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end solutions across critical financial services domains, including:
• Payments and Faster Payments Infrastructure
• ISO20022 and ISO8583 messaging standards
• Credit and Debit Card Lifecycle Management
• Card Authorization, Clearing, and Settlement
• Open Banking and API Ecosystems
• Stablecoin Adoption and Digital Asset Integration
• Risk and Control frameworks for First Line of Dfense
• AML and Fraud Detection Systems
• Lead the application of AI-first design principles, incorporating:
• Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI
• Agentic AI architecture and AI Agents o Multi-Agent Collaboration Platforms (MCP)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Design and build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate solution hypotheses, drawing from client discussions, competitive intelligence, and third-party research.
• Deliver cloud-native and multi-cloud architecture leveraging services from AWS, Azure, or GCP with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams to develop customer-centric value propositions and demonstrate them effectively through engineered solutions.
• Drive solution alignment with enterprise data architecture and data management practices, ensuring consistent use of data across analytics, AI, and operational systems.
• Support pre-sales efforts, solution workshops, and customer engagements with a strong blend of business context and technical depth.

• Domain Expertise:
• Payment rails and messaging standards (Faster Payments, ISO20022, ISO8583)
• Cards domain (issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement)
• Open Banking standards and fintech integration
• Stablecoins and digital asset technologies
• Risk and compliance (AML, fraud, first-line controls)
• Technical & Engineering Skills:
• AI/ML frameworks and generative AI toolsets
• Agentic AI systems, MCPs, and RAG models
• Multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Cloud-native and microservices-based design
• Familiarity with modern DevSecOps and CI/CD environments
• Strong skills in data architecture and data management frameworks Soft Skills
• Ability to craft persuasive value propositions aligned to customer goals and market trends
• Demonstrated success in engineering PoCs and MVPs that bring those propositions to life
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities in client-facing settings

Qualifications for External Candidates

• A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
