Solution Architect

As a .NET Technical/Solutions Architect at FCG, your role involves architecting and delivering enterprise applications for client engagements. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate extensively with project managers, user experience specialists, visual designers, analysts, and client resources to build enterprise systems that enhance business productivity and support operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand business requirements and functional specifications to convert them into solution designs and technical development requirements. - Demonstrate good judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across business needs, constraints, and technological realities. - Produce detailed technical design documents, including database schema, application architecture, and deployment approach. - Set technical direction and lead onshore/offshore development and QA teams. - Utilize advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in enterprise, multi-threaded, and SOA application development. - Work with Microsoft .Net Framework, including .NET 4.0/4.5, ASP.Net, VB.NET or C#.NET, WCF & WPF, JavaScript, MVC, WebAPI, web technologies, MSSQL/Oracle databases, Design Patterns, Entity Framework, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum environments. - Have a strong background in software testing and influencing new business for presales proposals. - Participate in internal projects and strategy/planning as required. - Design large, enterprise-focused relational databases and optimize database structure for performance and maintainability. - Establish project usage procedures for source control, work item tracking, and build management with Team Foundation Server (or similar). - Possess deep hands-on knowledge of the .NET Framework, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.Net, jQuery, CSS, n-tier architectures, and service-oriented architectures. - Design and build scalable web applications with optimal memory management, performance, and scalability. - Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills. - Mentor others on software implementation best practices and building high-quality systems. - Exceed customer expectations and anticipate their needs. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E./B.Tech(CSE/IT); M.Tech/MCA(CS/IT) degree. - 7+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net Framework, web technologies, MSSQL/Oracle databases, Design Patterns, Entity Framework, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum environments. - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Strong organizational, time management, client service, teamwork, and written/verbal communication skills. - Experience with software testing, presales proposals, and internal projects. - Hands-on experience with .NET Framework, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.Net, jQuery, CSS, n-tier architectures, and service-oriented architectures. - Ability to design and build scalable web applications with optimal memory management, performance, and scalability. - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs.,
