Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, your role involves studying the existing technology landscape and understanding current application workloads. You will need to understand and document technical requirements from clients to serve as a primary technical associate of the business improvement team. Your focus will be on assisting in ensuring customer success in creating applications and services on the AWS platform. You are expected to engage with clients critically towards well-defined purposes and achievement standards. Your responsibilities include possessing each technical commitment and assisting in ensuring a suitable and successful delivery of agreed cloud services. Key Responsibilities: - Define Migration strategy to move application to cloud - Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation - Create bill of materials, including required Cloud Services (such as EC2, S3 etc.) and tools - Design the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc - Design the AWS network architecture including VPN connectivity between regions and subnets - Design the HA / DR strategies - Set up process, services and tools around cloud - Oversee build of the environment - Execute migration plan - Capable of deploying automation infrastructure by utilizing the AWS Cloud Formation technique - Have a working practice of DevOps tools Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role - In-depth understanding of cloud computing technologies, AWS platform in particular - Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices - Solid experience in designing and implementing cloud migration strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this job description is for the role of Solution Architect and the responsibilities may vary based on the specific requirements of the project and organization.,
