Job Summary: The D365 Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of D365 solutions that align with an organizations business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business processes, and providing expertise in D365 technology. We looking for solution architects for our areas of D365 Finance solutions. The D365 Solution Architects play a pivotal role in helping the organization transform their business processes and leverage D365s capabilities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. They are responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the architectures integrity, and supporting the successful implementation and operation of D365 systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments within an organization. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into D365 solutions. Create detailed technical designs that consider scalability, performance, security, and integration. Architecture Development: Define the D365 architecture, including data models, system landscapes, and integration points with other enterprise systems. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and company standards. Implementation: Lead or oversee the implementation of D365 solutions, working closely with developers, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure successful execution. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure D365 modules to meet specific business needs, including defining master data, configuring workflows, and creating reports. Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between D365 and other systems within the organization, ensuring data consistency and smooth information flow. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of D365 solutions, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Security: Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data within D365. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams to ensure smooth adoption and operation of D365 solutions. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with D365 advancements, best practices, and industry trends to continually improve the organizations D365 landscape. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology). Extensive experience in D365 solution design, architecture, and implementation. Strong knowledge of D365 modules and their integration capabilities. Proficiency in D365 programming and custom development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Project management skills and the ability to lead SAP implementation projects.
