Solution Architect D365 Finance

As a D365 Solution Architect at Hempel, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of D365 solutions that align with the organization's business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business processes, and providing expertise in D365 technology, specifically focusing on D365 Finance solutions. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into D365 solutions. You will create detailed technical designs that consider scalability, performance, security, and integration. Additionally, you will define the D365 architecture, including data models, system landscapes, and integration points with other enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards. You will lead or oversee the implementation of D365 solutions, working closely with developers, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure successful execution. Customizing and configuring D365 modules to meet specific business needs, integrating D365 with other systems within the organization, and optimizing the performance of D365 solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data within D365 and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining technical documentation, providing training and support to end-users and technical teams, and staying up-to-date with D365 advancements, best practices, and industry trends to continually improve the organization's D365 landscape. Qualifications And Skills To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology. You should possess extensive experience in D365 solution design, architecture, and implementation, along with strong knowledge of D365 modules and their integration capabilities. Proficiency in D365 programming and custom development, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication, collaboration skills, and project management skills are essential.
