Job Description

with the objective of coordinating the bid management process within BU guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Management

Identify relevant service lines and information required for comprehensive proposal responses.
Create and consolidate proposal inputs from crossfunctional stakeholders; follow up with response owners to ensure ontime completion.
Gather and synthesize data to support deal solutioning (e.g., volumetrics, assumptions, baseline inputs).
Track and support the bid plan (status updates, risks, dependencies).
Maintain and report presales support information (deal analytics, prospect lists, BD assets).
Ensure strict adherence to bid management processes, procedures, and approval matrices.
Plan, schedule, and facilitate interteam meetings; capture Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and Plan of Action (POA) to advance pursuits.
Act as point of contact for pursuit activitiescoordinate solution storyboarding, leadership reviews, and client orals.

Collateral & Thought Leadership

Prepare sales presentations and collateral by gathering relevant information and tailoring to client context.
Support creation of marketing collateral (e.g., fliers, Statements of Qualifications).
Contribute to intellectual property (white papers, solution accelerators) aligned to CIS offerings.
Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines and approved templates.

Client Visit Management

Coordinate operational aspects of client visits (agenda, materials, logistics); own the visit readiness checklist. (Not typically applicable for SL BD per input; include if relevant to the specific pursuit.)
