SolidWorks API Automation/Customization (Part time/Freelancer)

About the Role:

We are looking for an 4+ years experienced engineer with strong expertise in SolidWorks API Automation and Customization With PDM knowledge. This is a part-time role involving both project-based development and training delivery. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in building automation tools and the ability to train engineers effectively on real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on project-based SolidWorks API Automation and Customization tasks.
• Design coding exercises, project examples, and explain industry workflows.
• Provide technical support, resolve queries, and mentor participants.
• Deliver online training sessions to participants on SolidWorks API concepts and automation techniques.
• Teach automation using C# (.NET) (preferred), VB.NET, or VBA.
• Share best practices for SolidWorks API automation, debugging, and integration.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in SolidWorks API Automation and Customization.
• Strong programming skills in C# (.NET) (preferred), VB.NET, or VBA.
• Experience developing macros, add-ins, and automation scripts.
• Training or mentoring experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Availability for part-time work combining projects and training sessions (flexible, batch-wise)
