Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Solid-State Semiconductor Scientist - GaN & RF Power Systems at KosmosOne. The Scientist will be responsible for developing and testing Gallium Nitride (GaN) semiconductor materials, designing RF power systems for space applications, and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of semiconductor components in autonomous space stations.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of GaN semiconductor materials and RF power systems
• Experience in designing and testing semiconductor components for space applications
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication techniques and testing methods
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation for semiconductor performance evaluation
• Experience with Solid-State Physics and RF circuit design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or related field
