Soldering Operator

Soldering Technician

• Key Responsibilities: Perform precision 

  soldering and desoldering

   of electronic components on 

  PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards)

  .
• Assemble, test, and repair 

  routers, IoT devices, and other networking hardware

  .
• Inspect and troubleshoot 

  faulty electronic circuits

   and components.
• Work with 

  surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole (THT) components

  .
• Read and interpret 

  schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings

  .
• Ensure high-quality soldering work using 

  soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and other tools

  .
• Follow 

  ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection measures

   to prevent damage to sensitive components.
• Maintain accurate 

  records of repairs, testing, and quality control

  .
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve 

  assembly and repair processes

  .
• Ensure compliance with 

  safety and quality standards

  .
• Required Qualifications & Skills:

  ITI Diploma

   in 

  Electronics, Electrical, or a related field

  .

• 1-3 years

   of experience in 

  soldering and assembling electronic devices

  .
• Proficiency in 

  hand soldering (SMT & THT)

   and rework techniques.
• Familiarity with 

  IoT devices, routers, and networking equipment

  .
• Ability to 

  identify and replace faulty electronic components

  .
• Knowledge of 

  basic electronics, resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, etc.

• Good understanding of 

  ESD safety precautions

  .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with 

  small electronic parts

  .
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet production targets.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with 

  automated soldering machines

  .
• Knowledge of 

  microcontrollers and embedded systems

  .
• Experience in 

  IoT hardware assembly and troubleshooting

  .
