As a Soldering Operator, your role involves performing manual soldering of PCB assemblies (SMT & through-hole), following work instructions, drawings, and IPC standards, inspecting solder joints for quality and reliability, carrying out basic rework/repairs as required, and maintaining tools, soldering stations while ensuring ESD/safety compliance.
