Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technical Engineer (Solar) to join our team at Spectrum Solar Power, Tirur Branch. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing solar project execution, maintenance, and providing technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems.
• Perform site assessments, load calculations, and system design support.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards during project execution.
• Provide technical guidance to field staff and support the project management team.
• Prepare project documentation, service reports, and client updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1 + years of experience in solar projects preferred (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical components.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in the field.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
