Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Solar PV Installer Trainer to train and mentor candidates in solar photovoltaic (PV) system installation, operation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar project execution and the ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions. You will play a key role in developing skilled solar technicians ready for field deployment in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and field training sessions on solar PV installation, maintenance, and safety.
Train candidates on solar system components, wiring, mounting structures, and system configuration.
Ensure trainees understand design basics, site assessment, and electrical connections.
Demonstrate installation procedures and use of tools and testing equipment.
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and evaluation modules.
Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure compliance with MNRE / NSDC / NISE training standards and safety regulations.
Stay updated on new solar technologies, components, and industry best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar PV installation, O&M, or technical training.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical circuits, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Certification from NISE / SCGJ / NSDC preferred (if applicable).
