Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of Solar Power to join our team in Gurgaon/Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar power and design, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage technical aspects of solar power projects.
Lead the design team for solar power systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.
Develop and implement solar power solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in solar power and design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with solar power systems and technologies.
Travel to Africa may be required as needed.
