ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Supervisor to oversee solar PV installation projects at site level. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge along with team-handling and site coordination skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of solar rooftop & ground-mounted systems
• Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors at site
• Ensure installation as per approved drawings and standards
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients
• Monitor daily site progress and report to management
• Ensure safety norms, tools usage, and PPE compliance
• Handle site material planning and inventory control
• Conduct system testing, commissioning & handover
• Resolve site-level technical and manpower issues
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical or related field
• 3–6 years experience in solar installation projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Solar PV modules, inverters, structures
• AC/DC cabling, earthing & lightning protection
• Ability to read drawings and layout plans
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to work on field sites
• Basic reporting and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial & commercial solar projects
• Knowledge of net metering & commissioning process
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
