Role OverviewWe are looking for a Solar Energy Specialist who will be the face of our company in Pune. The candidate will actively engage with residential, commercial, and industrial customers, generate leads, conduct site visits, and close sales of solar rooftop systems. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Conduct site surveys (roof/ground measurements, load analysis) with the design team. Explain solar solutions (technical + financial benefits) to clients in a simple, convincing way. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and ROI/Payback calculations to customers. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals. Coordinate with the design & operations team for project execution. Maintain client relationships and generate referrals & repeat business. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company. RequirementsGraduate in Engineering / Science / Business, or relevant experience. 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in solar / renewable energy / electrical / industrial sales). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby regions for site visits. Basic knowledge of solar rooftop systems (panels, inverters, subsidy, ROI) is preferred.
