Job Description

As a Solar Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of solar projects, from initial planning and design to construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations. Your main focus will be on ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Defining Project Scope: Clearly outline project goals, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders. - Developing Project Plans: Create detailed project plans that include timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Site Assessment: Evaluate potential solar project sites, considering factors like solar irradiance, land availability, and environmental impact. - Permitting and Regulatory Compliance: Navigate the permitting process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. - Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, installers, and subcontractors. - Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met. - Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential delays. - Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. - Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Quality Control: Ensure that the project meets quality standards and specifications. - Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory bodies. - Commissioning and Testing: Ensure that the solar system is installed and operating correctly. - Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the solar system and identify areas for improvement. - Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Address any issues that arise during the project or after commissioning. Qualifications Required: - Solar Project Manager experience is a must. - Total Experience of 15 to 20 Years. In this role, you will be working full-time with permanent job type benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.,
